A great option as a ‘Basecamp’ for your Canadian Rockies adventure. The property could do with some TLC, with the interior of the unit I stayed in was a little tattered. Great local and cheap.

This property is next to the railroad and it’s extremely noisy throughout the night and it was not mentioned on the website! I would, for sure not stay there again!!!

The suite was good. The cleaning wasn’t the best with hairs and dirt in my he bathroom. The parking was horrible as people don’t know how to park between lines so we couldn’t get in our spot and had to call front desk to find us another spot.

I had an life threatening accident while i was coming to banf and expedia said they can't refund me my amount. They said the basecamp resorts Canmore declined the refund. I gave them pictures, ICBC claim number and police file number with the name of the officer and still they declined. Pathetic service and no empathy. All they care is money.

The booking and check in was so easy. The coffee provided was not what was mentioned in the email sent out and there were no towels at the hot tub. Our neighbors above were quite loud late into the night but obviously that isn’t the resorts fault. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We liked the layout of the downstairs, space saving and functional. The bedrooms (comfortable beds) upstairs did not get overheated. The whole place was very clean. The hot tub was large enough for 10 people and was wonderful after a day of skiing. Like many spots in Canmore and area, the property is adjacent to the train tracks, but our room was facing the road and the noise from the train was no problem. There is a half bathroom off the main bedroom, which was handy with 2 couples sharing the condo. There are a lot of stairs, but that was not a problem for us seniors. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping etc. Overall good value and we would stay here again.
