The bed in our room needed to be replaced, severely worn out, Cold air was coming in around the window that opened, seems like it wasn't sealing proper, The breakfast wasn't the greatest, Not a whole lot of selection for people that don't eat meat or eat greasy hash browns.

Old & in need of upgrade/update. The fact they charge $300 (and all but 2 were empty) for the poolside rooms is a shame! The mattress in our room was ok but definitely old, same for the carpeting & heating/ cooling system. Over priced for the age of the property/rooms. Staff is super friendly & made the stay enjoyable. Pool area made it fun for our Littles & it was clean & all in working order.

We stayed with the kids 3 days. Room with access directly to the pool. Slides are older but good. We all had fun. Room was clean, all areas were clean. Will definitely stay again.

Let me start by saying the property was clean, which is why they are getting a 2. The bad, really outdated, beds you can feel every spring and my back hurt bad after 1 night. Hot tub wasnt working and kiddie pool was ice cold. Therw was no way my toddler would go in. Slides need work too. Breakfast was not good. Greasy and subpar.

Our room is very dated, lamp plug-in doesn’t work and no other plug ins available, so not much option for outlets to charge phones, our room is very hot and humid and the room AC doesn’t keep up to cool the room down. We love this hotel, this room in particular, not so much.
