Great location. Large room and bathroom with great amenities available in room (washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, daily replenish of water and snacks).
Clise to tube station, LDR and walking distance to tower bridge and Tower of London.
A great place for families who are planning to stay for extended period of time in London.
The only issue was the elevators. Very few and slow.

A great choice for anyone looking for a centrally located hotel at a reasonable price. The location makes it easy to explore the city, and the staff are welcoming and always happy to help. It offers excellent value for money, and I would happily recommend it.

A true gem that we stumbled on by chance. Friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed restaurant with a great breakfast buffet. Good security. Room was clean and warm. A bit small by North American standards but so was the price. Some good restaurants nearby, and close to the underground. Would be my first choice if in London again.

Excellent location next to a lot of transportation (tube, buses), shops, grocery, Hyde Park. Room had a nice bright view. Housekeeping kept the rooms spotless. The really nice surprise was the English breakfast included our daily fee - started the day off to a good start. Aquila swimming pool is nicely designed and along with fitness available for 15 pounds. I would come back here again.

Huge room with 2 queen beds, a/c worked well, in room amenities were nice. On booking I noted we were celebrating our daughter's birthday and were surprised with a birthday card and treat in the room on our first day. They also provided a complimentary bottle of red wine which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great, many options to choose from and eggs made to order. Excellent location. This hotel was very conveniently located in order to access Victoria station. It was also walkable to many restaurants and pubs. The room was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of the city. I would stay here again!

Very clean room everyday service was top notch. Lots of big, fluffy towels and all the milk we wanted for tea. Comfy beds, and hotel was very quiet. Excellent!
