"Nice hotel, easy access to tourist hop on hop off bus, right next to Tower of London. Rooms are very nice with either a view of Katherine's Harbor or the Thames. Concierge was very helpful with all requests. I would definayely stay therebagain."

It was a LKITTLE noisy at times--but you're in the middle of a major metropolitan city, so I think it is reasonable. I lost NO sleep but there's horn honking in the daytime sometimes. Lots of food options, minutes away from major tourist spots."

"The bathroom needs some consideration towards elderly people . I was unable to negotiate the bath due to a fixed shower door and no grab rails on the wall. My husband had difficulty with the shower and it did not run as a bath The staff were very friendly and the cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast good "

"This place was perfect for a one night stay in London. Our room was very small for three girls, but it got the job done! Bathrooms were pretty clean. House is a little squeaky, so you can hear when people are walking. Would recommend for a short stay!"
