"Absolutely one of the best hotel experiences Ive had in a long time. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. My room was small but very well appointed. Again, spotless, the shower gave lovely hot water at a good pressure. The bed was amazing, so comfortable, i slept like a log. Breakfast was a nice cooked buffet with the usual options. All nicely cooked and super fresh. The best value for money Ive spent in ages."

The tv in my room did not work but on contacting guest services someone came very quickly to sort it. I was able to change rooms. Room service was quick and the food was good. "The hotel is part of a conference building on a university campus. Once you get onto the campus the signage is very clear and I had no trouble finding the building. Nice and helpful reception staff. The building is new and the facilities are nice. You have to swipe your keycard to get into your floor and into your room, so I felt safe. Cons: Mattress was thin and old, not very comfortable.
