She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get it returned, answering my (several worried) calls and generally being fantastically helpful and kind over several days. "Clean and tidy, hotel rooms and pool area a little bit dated, Wouldn’t say it Was quite 4 * but certainly a pleasant stay and buffet breakfast for £14 was really nice reasonable amount of options and porridge we pre ordered came full to the brim and was delicious. Quite old fashioned almost like being in a time warp, but all in all a nice pleasant stay, pool was nice and quiet when we went and food was decent, bar area not too bad, good value for money, with being so close to the airport, which you can actually walk to from the hotel as well, so nice bonus."

"The Lidl over the road was very handy. I tried adjusting the television and a toilet roll fell down from the bracket. No bath towel on the first night, just two hand towels. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was nice but the hotel could do with updating."
