"Hotel was easy to find. All staff were friendly and very helpful. We were returning late in evening and night staff was prompt in letting us in. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Would definitely use again "

"Stayed at the Ratcliffe (just across the road). Free tea and coffee available- this was great as there was fresh milk. Lovely room - contemporary furnishings, very clean, large comfy bed.Left before breakfast but was offer a take away one."

Well...waiting time around 30min with couple of guest around at12.30pm...fries arrived with no chicken,sausage with beans,no ice cream. Chicken Wrap was ok but no seasonings at all. My room 140 was dusty and bathroom needed better clean.i do understand somedays it might be busier then others and is not possible to deepclean however...

"The stay was great. We arrived in the early evening and were given a good room. I requested a roll away bed for our son. We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. They enabled us to have a successful trip by moving a few things around while treating us as valued individuals and guests. The spa and pool were under renovation during our vist "
