The property was wonderful exceptionally clean comfortable and stocked with everything needed for a stress free stay. Its location was perfect for our family who are scattered across England and Wales and the hot tub was a total delight. "Great hotel. Small room but had everything we needed and very modern. Not enough staff at breakfast time but those working did their very best. Would have been lots of choice if they could keep up with the top ups but some greedy people took more than they needed which meant things ran out quickly. Was an extremely busy weekend. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Lovely bar. Didn’t use leisure facilities. Nice addition having a Starbucks on site. "

"Overall experience was good except for the extra cot they had put in the family room. Only because it was supposed to be used by a kid they probably thought of leaving it uncomfortable. The mattress on the cot was so so horrible each and every spring in that created a bump and that bump was felt terribly on the back even a kid could not sleep on it. "
