Very poor and definitely not 4-star service. A 2 night stay purchased as a treat for my hard-working daughter and her partner from the hospitality industry. She was thoroughly disappointed. Reception staff were disinterested, the room was noisy with an ill-fitting window and much too hot, an extortionate amount if money was charged for two soft drinks, which was met with a shrug of the shoulders when my daughter complained, they were left waiting for 10 minutes at the in-house Miller and Carter before anyone even bothered to come and see them, told to return in 40 minutes when a table might be ready, and then had to endure about 20 minutes of loud, abusive and foul-mouthed argument on a nearby table which, in spite of 4 or 5 other tables leaving the restaurant in disgust, no one from the restaurant management bothered to intervene in. Very, very poor.
