"We loved the property, the view of the volcano from our room and the convenience of the park shuttles and walkway to Volcano Bay. We will return and recommend this property."

"It's not a matter of maintenance, it's a matter of appearance. They should remodel the rooms. Simple changes would give them a new look. The furniture and beds are fine, but they should remove the carpets, replace the bathtubs (they could be fiberglass showers), change the interior colors of the rooms (they feel a bit sad), and definitely replace the curtains."
