The room looked clean upon arrival, smelled really strong of Fabuloso, but the bathroom had a big ball of hair that was NOT mine. Upon telling front desk, and asked if I wanted to talk to the manager (which I did) the response was: we’re sorry about that, that’s a common complain about this hotel. And told me that housekeeping manager was going to give me a call….a week later and still waiting for the call. Towels were not changed and bed was not made after usedx

I love the huge pool. Employees friendly. Bar and restaurant on site and coffee shop. Only thing I wish they had would be a free shuttle back and forth to airport. Convient to many walking resturants. They do not have free breakfast but portions are big for price. I stay here a lot.

Room was not ready until after 6 pm. Housekeeping did not clean room because used wet towels were still on the floor when we got back after a long day at the amusement park. Bathroom floors get extremely wet when showering, very dangerous one could slip.

Love coming here and is always a great experience. The outside type hotel is great to visit and always taken care of. There are also many restaurants and places to visit that are walkable. Will definitely come back again when I am in the area.
