We had to charge rooms, because the bed squeaked so bad and the sink was not hooked up properly so it gushed water all over the floor. It took an hour to get maintenance up there, and when I called after a half hour to check on the stats, the woman was extremely rude. No elevators, and we were on the 4th floor. The location was great. Pool looked nice.

The pool and bar area was the best part of the resort. The rooms seem to be an old motel that was given new floors and updated furniture. The bathroom was horrific I was actually very nervous to put my bare foot in the shower so I brought flip flops from walmart to shower in. One of our beds had little insects crawling under the sheet and I also heard another guest complaining about having bugs on her bed and getting bit.
