Overall everything was good .. stayed for 4 nights and had no issues .. will definitely stay again .. i booked a upgraded room and when i got there it wasn't ready so they offered me a pool view room wich was a smaller room but the room was good . I have no complaints. I had a great time Overall .

I liked all the amenities and things to do on site. We just wanted an easy vacation not involving the big parks and this was perfect. It was impossible to get my questions answered prior to our stay. We wanted to know when we could get access to the water park and which days of our 1 night stay. I called several times and the phone just rang. We showed up early just hoping we could get in and it did work out but we would have loved to know this in advance. Once we were there everything was great aside from the very long lines for drinks at the bar as well as in Starbucks. Some additional staff may help with this. As a final note my husband left his air pods and once again the phone line was an issue. I decided to text through the messages I got while there and got directions to the lost and found service and they have already shipped our item. This was a relief and we appreciated this. Ultimately the phone line listed through google is completely useless. If answering phones is difficult perhaps a chat service would work. The messaging was great but you only receive these once you check in.

We enjoyed our overall stay and our kids really enjoyed themselves. The only thing we had a problem with is that a lot of the arcade games didn’t work. We also left our room the morning of check out for breakfast. when we got back our room was already being cleaned (regardless of the “privacy” tag on the door) our food and drinks we had in the fridge were gone and my sunglasses went missing. Thank god we got our most valuable items before getting breakfast because who knows what could’ve happened.
