The pool and park was beautiful/nice. As far as the rooms. The shower curtain was dirty. I asked to switch to another room because I thought I was getting two queen beds but it was actually full size beds. So they kindly switched the next day. Once again, the shower curtain was dirty and the bath towels were stained bad! They still looked dirty! The toilet was leaking, and when walking in the room there was a roach at the door welcoming me. Other than those minor things the stay was decent.

It's a place good for children but didn't like was the room was not a relaxing atmosphere for an adult to enjoy . There wad no closent in the room , no microwave, not the kind of room im use to but ok for young children to enjoy the water area.

The rooms needs upgrades. The sofa bed was not in good condition in the room that we stayed the bathroom need upgrades we didn't get enough towels. The buffet breakfast too expensive but overall great budget place to stay with your kids if you dont want to explore any other park one stop i love the 3 water slides and the indoors pool

Please read this opinion carefully. I am completely disappointed in this hotel. We paid for a room for 5, 2 adults and 3 children. The sofa bed had a completely destroyed mattress. I had to sleep both nights in discomfort because the hotel did not have a mattress to replace. room available... I made a complaint at the reception and they kept me waiting for a full day for the replacement of the mattress and at 8pm for the 5th time I went to customer service and they notified me that they had no solution to my problem. Don't waste your money In a place like this, you will only have a bad time and regret every penny you spend there.

Two things I did not like about this property was that the grill restaurant that was inside, took more than 35 minutes to bring my food out. It wasn't an eat and dine, you walked up, ordered and paid for your food. Another thing was that even though the sheets were clean, they were still stained.
