Had a wonderful stay in one of the West Lake Villas. 2 bedroom was very spacious and unit fully equipped with everything that we needed. Amenities (swimming pool and activities were great and not over crowded). Only negative is we ate on property at one of the restaurants near the pool in the West Village and we were fanning flies the entire meal. For cost of meal this was very unacceptable. Other than this, it was a wonderful property and I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The resort was very convenient and water park was nice. The family suite needs to be updated. Looks a little dated and needs to be updated and brigten up the rooms. The size was convenient.

This is a place to stay if you never want to leave the resort. Everything's on site!. But if you do want to leave the site, everything is on the main road. All different types of restaurants and shops so you never far away from anything. I'm definitely coming back again.

The registration check-in person was not very welcoming. We were given the wrong room number. We drove back to the registration desk and were then given the correct room key number. We opened the sofa bed and it was full of large water bugs/roaches. We had to move rooms. I am not sure if I will revisit this place again. It was a horrible experience.

I loved the convenience and the quiet place to rest and recoup like home. Easy access to parks and if not out the ability to lounge and just enjoy the resort. Parking wasn’t always easy but otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was amazing and I am already planning another stay.

Outdated, pushing for timeshare, no space in the pools and jacuzzi. All the men working in registration can not solve anything they think they are working in mob. One female I believe name Monica was very good and patient. Maintenance staff was nice. Ac always made problems bathrooms always clogged. They try to give you their oldest rooms first. I mean it is not an expensive resort but it’s always nice to pay and bit more and get a more proper place. I came here over 10 times and it gets worse every year. Lazy river tubes you pay 9$ per person every day and after 8 they close it. Room had a roach, it’s clean but feels dirty. One thing that they do keep good is river island although it’s always crowded literally no space inside the pool and any time of the day, they maintain it well it has nice views and the restaurant by the pool is pretty good. Be aware at check in they try and get you to go on a tour by offering you free stays that are not usable and discounts for parks that don’t work. It’s to try and sell you a BS timeshare program that you do not need. REMEMBER, be smart in vacation yes we are in the moment and want to spend and enjoy but be smart!

We got a two bedroom villa at this resort for the 5th time,but this one is the best one I’ve been to!!! This place is amazing,with a lot of activities,the pools are great and the River pool is amazing! We enjoyed our stay and for sure we will be back!!!

The only thing that could be improved is to keep their bars & restaurants open past 4:00pm. All but 2 of them close at that time & with the resort being so large you will have to shuttle across the resort to one that is open instead of being able to walk to one within your area. Overall 8/10 would stay again, we had a fantastic time!
