I was trapped in the elevator for 20 minutes on the 1st night i checked in May 29. The call button didn't work. I had to call 911. Fire department and paramedics rescue me, my daughter & elderly father. Management minimize the incident. On June 1 the elevator was not working & i was on the 6th floor. I had dialysis & was unable to climb stairs. I called for maintenance to come to bring down my battery for my scooter. I waited for 30 mins & didn't want ro waste anymore of my vacation time. So my elderly father had to carry it down 6 flights of stairs. I attended your timeshare presentation which was only to last 90 minutes but took 3 hours because you could've take NO for an answers. The size of the unit was great but the service and elevator not working was horrible. Wont stay a holiday inn resort again.

This would be better if they did not try to sell us a timeshare, let alone for over $40,000! Yes they did get us a $200 gift card, for use on company property only, for doing it, so I just told them I was not interested in timeshares in which it helped sped up the process. If you want to buy a timeshare, go to ebay or others who regularly sell timeshares. I saw one for $5 for this exact timeshare! The hotel itself was ok, other than they had only 1 elevator and our room was on the opposite end of the hotel on the 3rd floor. So it was walk a mile or take the stairs. So if you have luggage, that will be a pain to do.

It was a very nice n beautiful place. All the knobs on every dresser kept falling off, which made opening them very difficult. That was my only problem. Very thing else was perfect
