The mattress and pillows were poor quality. Second, the cleanliness of the hotel was poor, floors in the hallways and lobby and elevators looked like they hadn't been mopped or vacuumed in days. Trash overflowing in the trashcans and the pool and hot tub were always dirty. Third the luggage carts were terrible to try and push/pull and need replacing. Fourth i called about a month ago to ask about free transportation to the WDW parks and was told they do provide it to all the WDW parks, showed up to check in and discovered they only provide free transportation to 2 of the 4 disney parks (HS and MK) which of the 2 they do we were not going to. We were going to Epcot. So i had to scramble to find transportation to take us. Wasn't happy about that.
