Love the property and pool is great. Parking is a problem and has been our last four times there. The key never opens the gate to get out for four trips. Before I called and fixed quickly. This time no one answered and had to walk back to hotel with cars behind me to get gait opened. Over ten minutes at least standing at gate and going back and forth from hotel

Nice place but catering to corporate clientele only. If you are in Orlando to unwind, take a winter break, or visit Disney parks there are plenty of better options available. If you are organizing corporate events and/or you want the feel back in the office with people walking around with a lapel badge, this is your go to place.

Nice facility and clean. Nothing seemed to work though. My toilet paper holder was broken. There is no way to call the front desk from your room. They say they have in room dining, yet there is no way to order room service since the phones don’t work. I had to Door Dash my meals, leave my room and pick it up from the front desk. They could have at least offered to bring it to me since they had no room service. They gave me a basket of snacks on my last day there. Seems pointless. What am I supposed to do with an entire basket of snacks in less than 24 hours?

Beautiful hotel and property! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Only drawback was that the Shuttle to the parks runs on a limited schedule so you either have to plan around their times or find alternative transportation which can add up. We loved our stay and highly recommend this stunning hotel!! Miss it already.
