Love the stay, walking distance to premium outlet that I can get anything missing to bring or have something to do if there is rainy day that plan without outdoor activity. Walking distance to Universal Studio but you also can reserve free shuttle bus a day before to save some energy for walking. Superb buffet breakfast , with Hot Starbucks and assorted tea provided.

We asked 3 times to have our room cleaned while we were gone only to find it in the same condition as when we left. Finally got fresh towels after calling around 7PM. Never got the room cleaned.

This property was located in a great area. It is close to Universal attractions, food and other entertainment. It is newly renovationed and I was thoroughly impressed with my accommodations. Fara was amazing at check in. She learned it was my sons birthday and made a birthday bag and had her coworkers sign a card and left it in my room. It was really thoughtful. He attitude was extremely pleasant. We were greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. I've never stayed at a Hyatt, but I'm a believer because of my positive experience.

Rooms clean and in order, comfortable. Breakfast very decent with variety. They have Starbucks station in the lobby and bar service. Heated pool and gym. A TGI Friday walking distance. Would stay here again if I was in the area.
