I was looking forward to staying at this resort as a treat. The lobby is very impressive as is the pool area. Rooms are pretty basic cleanliness average. I was expecting the rooms to have a bit more wow factor. We have paid less with a much bigger room with an added free breakfast for less than the price of this resort. Pool food was very nice and not expensive. Would i return? Not in any rush alot nicer hotels for less money.

The hallway decor. They did not clean my room until 5:30 after I had to call it in. They did not send me the things I requested for my room. The ice machine didn’t work the entire time I stayed. I tried to get get at the bar and they were not very friendly. The pool attendant wouldn’t come over to take drink or food orders. We had to go to the bar and do it ourselves.

Staff at check in were unfriendly and lacked compassion. We were evacuated from the Gulf Coast due to hurricane. Pools were freezing. Pool heaters were not on. We are Floridians and know the difference.

We love Margaritaville Orlando. Staff was very accommodating during Hurricane Milton. I would rate everything as excellent except that there are so many extra fees. In addition to a nightly rate, there’s a $40 per day amenity fee, even when the amenities were closed because of the hurricane. There are also fees for any activity that you might want to participate in on top of the daily activity fee.

My children loved staying here! The only thing was I asked for a floater for my Pina Colada and it was $22 without tip! It was crazy expensive, but very delicious I will say. It did take a long time to walk to the pool- 1 entrance- the rooms needed some TLC. Would come back again, but I didn't get my welcome drink and I would like to be closer to pool and have a nicer unit.
