They locate me at the of the building with no other costomer i try complaining but was ignored had to go to the front desk it wasn’t pleasant but was relocated from room 130 to 107. Not me again at that facility

It was a great stay for the price it was at. Some things inside the room were broken or not functioning like the cabinet doors and fridge. Other than that the room was nice as well as the pool, the air conditioning and it smelled good too. Room service was pretty good. Breakfast does not offer eggs, sausage, ham, bacon, etc Only offered waffles, toast and cereal. Breakfast could be better with more options but overall it was good.

Just got back from a 16 night stay at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised having read previous reviews. Very friendly and helpful when checking in. Room clean but basic ( expected for the price) . Had plenty of storage, microwave and fridge and good working AC. They offered housekeeping on request which suited me and any requests I made were completed in timely fashion. All staff were friendly throughout. Breakfast was waffles, toast. Muffins, a piece of fruit, and 2 options of cereal. The pool and grounds area was nice, and the car park potholes were in the process of getting filled. Towels were provided in the pool area. The only recommendation I would give is that the rooms are provided with some hooks to hang towels up to dry.

Do not stay here! There are bed bugs everywhere that bit us all over our body, no room cleaning service even after 16 hrs from complaining and being out the entire day. This place is extremely dirty and filthy do not let the lobby fool you. Every room has mold and bugs and hair from someone else on the bed, sheets, blankets, the couch and chair is extremely disgusting all stained and black and curtain at the bottom of the beds as well. There is so much rust everywhere and on the lamps right beside the bed. The shower curtain was flipped  inside out so from the outside you cannot see anything but inside the shower curtain there are animals and larvae eggs inside the shower curtain with so much mold. This place is extremely unsanitary and made us sick. The moment you walk in it is so humid you can smell the MOLD. We have bed bug bites all over our bodies and the humidity of the air conditioning did not help but make the room moist and wet not to mention the floors were sticky and slippery. No one was helpful or knew what we were talking about each time we spoke to someone the person prior hadn’t notified the next employee or written the complaints anywhere. The phone in the room didn’t work either and it was the worse experience ever!

First things first when entering the room smell like cigarettes microwave area dirty towels had hair on them bathroom very disgusting. Wasn’t able to use towels due to it being dirty rugs are filthy. Chairs were filthy countertops dirty wouldn’t recommend staying at this place parking lot very dark no lights and potholes.

It is the perfect location for visiting Universal´s theme parks, even within walkable distance. The facilities are basic, this is not a luxury hotel, so you get what you paid for, a basic hotel room.

Property condition was not good, rooms and parking lot. Ac in the room was too loud, bathroom door stuck, room keys had to be programmed couple times, staff not too friendly There are no place to hang around if you want to stay late at night
