"We went to have dinner in the open Buffett . We asked for a table on the falls they said all are reserved although there is only one table placed on it reserved . They said yes there is a group of tourists will come to sit . We are there for one and half hours no one came . Then we ask outside they said if u want to sit on the falls u have to pay extra $30 for each so we ask about this policy . They said it is verbal policy . I don’t understand what’s going on . The staff are so bad no communication no greetings no smiling. Horrible experience"

"The staff was very friendly to us while we stayed. Our problem with this property was the furniture. Our bed was rock hard and not comfortable. The 4 pillows were also hard and lumpy which made sleeping uncomfortable. The couch in the room was cheap and not pleasant to sit on. "
