"Everything is good. Staff are nice, room is clean, they even let us have an early check in. Although there is no free parking, you have to pay 25$ around the hotel and $15 for off site hotel parking. And the elevator is super slow it takes a while. "

"Room was clean but the rugs floor were soaked with water from the clogged air conditioner unit which was solved in an hour and replaced another room. Only disappointment was lost an hour of our time. Overall was good "

"Parking Fee of $50 was ridiculous considering parking in the area was $10/day. The cleaning staff were bothering people an hour or two before check out. Staff left cleaning and stock rooms open so you could see all the piles of towels and garbage as you walked down the hall. Don't be fooled by courtyard view it's just a parking lot. This section of the hotel looks like an old motel that was connected to the high rise hotel so they could have extra rooms. "

"Good but too crowded, they should limit more the attendance. No almond milk which for 500 dollars per night, no cappuccino at the buffet place for breakfast. Overall good but not excellent. Staff always impatient. "

"Breakfast buffet was worth it!! Omelet station, yogurt bar, food for kids, and all the breakfast food you could think of!! The view of the falls was awesome! We were on the 22nd floor and had a beautiful view! In our room they had chairs that you could in to watch the falls. When we go back we will be staying here!! "
