Lovely place

Minimalist sea ranch aesthetic with custom designed furniture, very comfy, great views of the stars and bluff, upstairs has loads of light and ocean views. Could use a barbecue but has a lovely fireplace inside.

Great property - easy to access. There was not much house information with the "welcome packet" that we picked-up in Gualala (as far as house policies, check-out regulations, etc.) but someone from Vacasa answered my checkout questions on the phone.There were some ants in the kitchen (no big deal!) and the dishwasher displayed a malfunction code upon leaving but otherwise it was great.-pw

Quick Get Away

My grandmother came in to town for a short vacation and we found this beautiful home to stay at for the weekend. The home is impeccably clean, elegant and modern with all the amenities. It is in a perfect part of Sea Ranch being on the north end close to Gualala’s restaurants and shops. The bathrooms were beautifully renovated with nice hot showers. I highly recommend this home for a family getaway for people that actually want to see each other. It isn’t a home where the central focus is the television which is exactly what we wanted. While the WiFi was strong and we used it, we were able to ditch the TV and spend some quality time enjoying each other’s company. However, the nice big television upstairs was wonderful for winding down in the evening if wanted. I highly recommend this home to anyone, and we loved our stay.

Pleasant stay in Sea Ranch

This is one of the better properties we've stayed at in our years visiting Sea Ranch (in spite of not being on the water) and we enjoyed being close to the Del Mar pool. We appreciated how well thought out the space was, tastefully furnished (& maybe one of the most comfortable beds we've slept on a rental ever), solid dishwasher, etc...Kind of a rare format in Sea Ranch in our experience. Some quite minor improvements would go a ways: more bowls & spoons for making/serving food, more flatware so we're not running the dishwasher after every meal (for a family of 4), a microwave, curtains in the master bath (so we're not putting on a show for the neighboring property, which was blessedly empty. We think.), mopped floors and a deeper clean on occasion...but really we appreciated the calm, spacious house with views so close to where we love to swim. Thank you!

Beautiful Home in Sea Ranch

We had a lovely stay at the Tallgrass Modern home in Sea Ranch. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our group of 5. The location was a 10 minute walk to the bluff trail, a short 5 min drive into Gualala and right on hole 16 of the Sea Ranch Golf Links (which our group played one day). I can’t forget to mention the ocean views as well! We look forward to coming back again!

Great getaway

Very clean, nice simple decor. Everything is as you expect from the photos. Kitchen is well stocked. Comfortable stay, and I would return.
