"The charm of the hotel was its old world architecture, but that charm had some disadvantages, such as no elevator to bring luggage up or down from your room. Also, our room had two levels, the bathroom was a full staircase up from the bedroom. The location was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even brought our luggage to our room while prior to check in so we could do some sightseeing. There is a restaurant and bar on the premises."

"The property was close to lower Quebec City which was perfect for us . The hotel was very nice . We did not eat at their restaurant though. It was a little pricey but all in all was great . You had to pay for parking and breakfast . It would have been nice to have something included since so expensive"
