"We had a great overall experience during our one-night stay at Hotel L’Oie des Neiges. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel itself was clean and inviting. One area where I feel there is room for improvement is the information provided by the staff upon arrival. The young staff were friendly, but I had to ask several basic questions after checking in, such as what time breakfast starts, where the breakfast area is located, and what time the pool and spa area opens and closes. While this information may be posted on signs throughout the hotel, I feel that staff should proactively provide these details during check-in. It would make the arrival experience much smoother and more welcoming for guests. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated, but I do think the continental breakfast could be upgraded a little. There was nothing wrong with it, especially considering that it is included with the stay, but improving the selection and presentation would make it feel more like a hotel breakfast and less like something you would quickly grab at a gas station. I would also encourage the hotel not to rely too heavily on the pool and spa area as its main selling point or "saving grace." While that area may be an important feature for some guests, not everyone chooses a hotel because of the pool. The overall guest experience, including the room, service, breakfast, communication, and hospitality, should stand on its own."

"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided clear information and seem genuinely interested in making sure we had a pleasant stay. From storing our luggage before checkin to arranging a coop cab to the airport after checkout, they were welcoming and helpful!"
