Welcome to Old Quebec. The neighborhood where you will be staying is lively. The Saint-Jean street is a superb commercial street where you can find many restaurants, cafes and bars. If you want to live with the locals and see how Quebecers live, you are in the best neighborhood: Faubourg St-Jean.

We bought this house in May for our family. Since we still have our apartment, we decided to share our house with travelers. All bedding, towels and crockery are brand new and have been placed just for you. This house has three bedrooms and a sofa bed.

This house has 4 rooms with beds; two bedrooms with 1 king bed, a living room with 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofa bed as well as the upstairs living room with 1 double bed.

It should be noted that parties are not allowed and that noise management is important so as not to disturb the neighbors, because if you are on vacation, the neighbors are working ;) Thank you for your understanding.

Really enjoyed the vrbo, location was great, plenty of space...gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because there was not enough toilet paper and no paper towels...just thought that was standard with vrbo...place was very clean and accessible...would recommend

Property is located in a decent neighborhood within walking distance to shops. The house itself is undergoing renovations so there is exposed holes in the ceilings, heater vents falling off the baseboards. The air conditioner is essentially window units, one upstairs (not in the bedrooms) so we were pretty hot at night being in the heatwave. The downstairs AC is the same, plexiglass between the outside and inside.. The basement has no air conditioner so it was impossible to sleep in there. No TV in the main living room, everyone has to watch downstairs which was not happening in the heat as well. The house has potential, just needs some work. For the same price, you can find a fully functional flat without the issues.

Amazing location
Cute place and an incredible central location from which to explore the city. We were 2 families (2 adults + 3 teens & 2 adults + 2 older children) and the sleeping arrangements were tight, but we all get along ... just be sure that you're clear on who will sleep where and in what (2 kids were on very comfortable couches & 2 shared a double bed). This worked for us and we absolutely loved our time in Quebec City! The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were all comfortable, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, convenient location
The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen ware, coffee, salt, pepper, towels, etc. The 3 beds were quite comfortable & air conditioning was good. About 20 min walk to rue St Jean and the Old City wall. Parked on the street overnight then had to move the car to a public lot about 15 minute walk away).
