"Loved the facility- clean and up to date. All staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a busy hotel but very efficient. My only issue was the $75 charge for valet parking. Seems a bit too much."

"It was our first time staying at this hotel. We had a room on the first floor. The room was very spacious for a king size bed. Lots of room to walk around. We had a patio door to the outside pool, which also had an enclosed indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Also had a table and chairs to sit outside our room to enjoy the sun. Walking to the falls was 10 minutes. Felt safe the whole time we were there. People very pleasant at the hotel, as well as Niagara Falls businesses. We would definitely book again if we returned to the area. "
