  • Welcome to "Casa Modelo Orlando Vacation Rental"

    Why "Casa Modelo?" Well, this home was built to impress! It was one of Solara's Model homes and it now available for YOU. It is a GORGEOUS Townhome with 4BD/4.5 Bath and a loft area with a sofa bed. This home located across the street from the Clubhouse! It will give you everything you need for an amazing home away from home experience. Book with us you won’t regret it!

    We have toys for kids, books, games for PlayStation 4, car seat, stroller and Pack’Play.

Rules

Pool heating is optional $35 per day. BBQ Grill is optional. Cost for grill is $15 per day. We do not provide refills. Must leave grill clean.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING or BURNING CANDLES inside the home. There is a $300 fee for smoking in the house.
NO SHOES UPSTAIRS. There could be a fine of $200 if carpet suffers stains/damages. NO charging Electric Vehicles using the house outlets at any time.
