The property wss beautifully landscaped with plenty of amenities to keep one entertained. From golf to tennis, basketball to pickleball, there's something for everyone. Dining options were good, but, there being only two, limited. Great location with only a 15 minute drive to the Disney parks. Overall, an excellent experience.

I had the worst experience with with the staffs lack of customer service, and discrimination. I was asked at the customer service desk if “my husband was with me, or if he booked the room” I said NO it’s myself and my child, I’m not married. And the representative said “you qualify to sit in for our timeshare presentation for $150” I said I would think about it. I then run into a gentleman at the pool and we get talking. And he said that he approached the desk alone and was offed $250 to sit in for the SAME timeshare presentation… We BOTH go to customer service because this sounds a little sexist. And they came up with all kinds of excuses as to the different amounts offered. I am disgusted that this hotel represents the Marriott Brand. I worked for Marriott and this is NOT Marriott’s standard.

Central location to both Disney and Universal. The resort is huge. Had plenty of free parking. The room was spacious and clean. Front Dest was responsive and made it easy to communicate via text message. I would stay here again.

It's location was ideal for so many other things to do in the Center of it all...the pools were great!!..The movie screen in the main pool...great idea!!..

It took one hour to check in with a long line going out the front door. Not much communication. Unable to get a live person on the phone, once in the room, to ask questions. Got a message back saying that are request could not be handled at night even though we were asked to call and make the request.

This property was probably nice about 30 years ago. It is very old and beat up and dirty. No where convenient to go for a quick cup of coffee and pastry. One ice machine for an entire building.
