The room was perfect for what we needed. The breakfast area was a bit chaotic the two mornings we were there. Now on to the staffā€”I left a pair of diamond earrings in the room by mistake and naturally on checkout day. When I realized I didnt have them on, we went back go the hotel. The room had already been cleaned, and the earrings were in a plastic bag on the desk. Kudos and big thanks to the honest employee who cleaned the room and left them to be claimed by the owner.

I stayed her just this weekend. The hotel its self is bright and beautiful. I stayed on the third floor the entire time noise was horrible over me in the room upstairs. If the facility see that there is small children with their parents at least try to accommodate them on a lower floor. This was my weekend getaway and it was horrible. The room I stayed In was nice and spacious. CLEAN!!

Great for staying during the parks or shopping days, the only two things to improve are breakfast (a little bit more of varieties) and safe box in room (they dont have any).

The breakfast is not to good, I recommend IHOP or Dennys, also the breakfast area is too small and congested with to many people in the morning. Itā€™s not how I want to start my morning. However the hotel is amazing overall, beautiful clean and well maintained.

This property was amazing! We stayed 4 nights in a wheelchair accessible room. The only thing I would say needs improvement is to have a closet or drawers to hang up clothes and put clothes away. I had to live out of my suitcase but other than that my stay was awesome!

they need to review their cleaning policy EVERY 4 days, cleaning the room is something that is not tolerated because if you are on vacation your plans are not to make the bed and clean your room.

Our room had bugs... LOT'S OF THEM! Tiny white bugs everywhere all over the dressers and bathroom sink as well as ants all over the wall. Both dead and alive. When asked to change the room they couldnt since the property was fully booked but they did offer to deep clean the room. So we left to explore the city around 9am by the time we got back around 3pm the room had still not been cleaned so we had to take a nap in our car while house keeping came in to deep clean. The next morning the bugs were back. We left once again early in the morning and by the time we got back, late afternoon our room was still not cleaned. This time they did give us a new room but the new room was not the cleanest either. Hair on bathroom walls and shower floor dirty but i guess this was better than bugs so we kept it. Breakfast was a 2 out of 5 score. And as you can see house keeping was extremely slow. The staff members were okay, not the most friendly but not rude either, guest service was mediocre. What we did love about this hotel was the location and free parking which thats about it. Overall a 1 out of 5 stars from us. .

The property is in very close proximity to so many stores and restaurants. Close to Sea World, Aquatica and Universal Studios. Room is very clean and spacious. The AC is very quiet, so if you're used to the noise of a fan then bring one. Theres also a Target close by. The continental breakfast was ok. Pan cakes, ham slices, scrambled eggs, very little pastries, toast, 2 cereals, coffee, apple juice, and water. The shuttle doesn't offer very good transportation. Its a van and the hours they offer are no good for a full day at a park. Pick up time from Universal was 5:30pm. The park closes at 10pm or later. Similar to Sea World. So plan to drive and park at the parks. Parking for Sea World and Aquatica was $37 for regular parking and $67 for preferred parking. Over all, we really enjoyed the hotel. It is behind buildings, so use your gps to find it. Lol Hope you have a great vacation!
