Guests should be informed of the rules regarding room cleaning and the very poor continental breakfast—they even serve green bananas; who could eat something like that? The photos suggest something completely different from the actual service; I believe one pays for good service.

El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor. Las habitaciones tienen tamaño apropiado, las camas son muy cómodas y el baño se ve muy bonito. El desayuno era gratis y tenían waffle, café, frutas, yogurt panes, cornflakes y galletas, realmente bueno. El hotel fue un lugar perfecto para estas vacaciones.

Stayed at the hotel from Sept. 11, 2026 - Sept. 20, 2026. Breakfast was just mediocre, CONSIDERING you’d have to pay to have protein (eggs, ham, sausages etc) and specialty coffee. Why is that? If it were more clearly stated on sites where you have guest booking on various websites, then I wouldn’t had booked with this hotel. Room space was ok, not the best. I liked how it’s a walk-in shower and not your standard tubs which I don’t like. In terms of cleanliness, there are a lot of small ants everywhere in our room. During my stay, I did look into reviews of other guests and focused the search more on bugs, AND A LOT came up. If you’re ok with them being around you, great. If not, better off looking somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend staying here period!!!

Solo nos quedamos una noche y muy pocas horas. Para ese fin, funciona muy bien. Las camas muy cómodas y muy cerca de lugares para comer! Recomiendo quedarse en este lugar. Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y espaciosas.

Todo estaba muy limpio, instalaciones prácticamente nuevas, el personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en cada momento y muy central su ubicación. Lo único que variaría un poco es el menú del desayuno.

コーヒーとお湯と電子レンジは24時間ロビー横のレストランで無料でした。コーヒーは好みがあるでしょうがお湯とカップが用意されているので持参したコーヒーを毎日飲んでいました。逆に言えば部屋にはお湯などは無いです。近くにアウトレットやマクドナルドがありました。アウトレットにはフードコートがありました。チェックアウトは鍵を渡すだけであっという間に終わり楽でした。

I'll start by saying manners don't cost anything, but unfortunately the housekeeping and reception staff lack basic manners like a simple "good morning" even when they are staring you in the face. If waiting for a elevator and they are also waiting their the first too enter! If I had known the rooms didn't have microwaves I wouldn't have booked it. They had 2 microwaves in the dining area for everyone to use including staff. And to top it off they were cheap non commercial microwaves not designed for such heavy use and they aren't keep clean and are in a state of disrepair. We were in room 405 The flooring in our room was being held down by duck tape and the shower door seals were damaged thankfully it didn't leak. The bathroom only had one hook to hang things on behind the door no where to hand towels or clothes. Unless some serious changes are made I would never go back and if prices hadn't have gone up I would have seen about getting a refund as I was there for a week. Them there was the situation with someone smoking marijuana on the 4th floor despite all rooms being non smoking. They just sprayed a strong air freshener. The worst thing was the luggage carts were being stored blocking a fire exit, in the line of sight of the receptionists

La ubicación es lo que más me convence de este hotel, la habitación está bien, lo que me dejó un poco incómoda fueron los insectos repentinos, un día al levantarme vi un cucaracho saliendo de abajo de la cama, lo tuve que rociar con aromatizante para apendejarlo y matarlo, y de repente encontraba hormigas ya sea en el baño o en el buró, pero igual a estas alturas ya no me espanta, he visto peores cosas en hoteles de mejor categoría. Lo que sí me parece exagerado es el cargo por recibir paquetes, $10 dólares por cada paquete recibido, y el desayuno muy básico, antes el huevito estaba incluido y ahora lo cobran aparte. Pero en general bien, la ubicación está de lujo, caminando a 5 minutos alrededor están varias plazas, tiene transporte a los parques, sin duda me volvería a hospedar

The housekeeping service was poor; the room wasn't cleaned even when I requested it, and I had to complain twice just to get fresh towels and toilet paper. The staff is uninformed; they offer transportation to the parks but lack clear information and only cover two parks. And the coffee is truly the worst I’ve ever had, perhaps it’s intentional so that guests buy the ones for sale.
