Super convenient hotel! Only bads I will say were the tablet in the room didn’t work well and I reserved a room months ago but ended up on the second floor with no view. I got engaged at universal and asked the front desk if they had anything I could but to celebrate put into my room but they had nothing. Kind of a bummer

I had to ask to have the dining table to be cleaned in the morning. All of the tables had crumbs and food spills on the from the night before. Soon after I asked a crew of housekeepers appeared and whipped the table and cleaned the floors. Our room was kept clean and mad fresh with clean towels. The breakfast was expensive and not worth it. The noodle were excellent and well worth the money. Drinks upstairs at the bar were over priced and the couches were the most uncomfortable things on earth. The management should seriously think about replacing them with something more appealing and comfortable.

The hotel is modern and stylish. Perfect for adult groups and couples going to the Universal Parks. Great amenities, restaurants and shops inside plus a bar. The facilities are also great with a gym and pool. However the luggage services is a joke as guests have to take their own luggage every where. The cleaning staff are a major problem as they are super aggressive in ignoring guests do not disturb signs and hassle you to leave the room. Totally unacceptable! There is no conceige or guest services and with there always a huge line to check in you can’t stand and ask for advice or help. The lady who checked me in rushed so much I didn’t get any information about the hotel or what it offered. Very disappointing!
