Carmen was a very friendly, profesional, and pleasant upon my arrival. The staff were very polite as well. The cafe had delicious food!! The beds were so comfortable and the pool was so relaxing. It helped a lot that there was a shuttle to use instead of my car and the private parking garage for guests was very safe and convenient. I will definitely recommend friends and family and will return
