Good townhome plenty of space with good amenities inside the property and on the grounds. The slides weren’t always open when they should have been and the kitchen in the home could use more cooking utensils.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at regal oaks resort. It was safe and the townhome was spacious. Very close to the parks and shopping. Definitely coming back and highly recommend

The property gives you the bare minimum as far as kitchen cookware. We had to call for bedding for pull out sofa which should have been automatically provided. We called for extra towels and they only would give us enough for amount of people listed on the reservation. A Big Issue was we stayed in a 4 bedroom and it only had a TV in the master bedroom and the living room all the other bedrooms did not have a TV. Resort is not bad but owners need to accommodate guests needs better.

The condo was amazing! The overall grounds, pool, water slide, the deer. The kids truly enjoyed! It was so convenient to have a restaurant there that was accommodating for adults plus kids. Overall a wonderful stay.

My main door was broken and would not lock the morning I was leaving to head to a theme park. It was fixed right away , but it did set me back from arriving to universal 2 hrs later. Jacuzzi was also broke when we arrived the first day, along with the dishwasher. The jacuzzi was fixed for my 2nd night stay. We also requested for a late check out and I was told it’s a definite no.

The staff have been great from check-in through our last night. The townhome was pretty clean and in good shape. The Jacuzzi was actually broken but maintenance came within 30 minutes to fix it and in working order. Discovered our front door only locked with the deadbolt and they were going to move us to a new one for overall safety, but Manny was able to find what was needed and replaced the electronic locking mechanism. It is also next door to Old Town and the Fun Spot amusement park. Really enjoyed the eclectic shops and little restaurants. Even saw deer on the property our last night. Overall a great experience

I wish the kitchen would have been more stocked. We cooked entire meals for a family of 6 and we had to get too mamy basic things that we feel should have been included. Also, very surprising that we were only given 1 paper towel role and 2 trash bags. The convinence store is extremely expensive. 2 dryer sheets?! Other than these few things, it was a really nice stay. Wed come back, just bring our kitchen.

For starters I was called on the same day to tell me my 4 bedroom apartment was not available so I had to downsize to a 3 bedroom, which was very inconvenient to my 10 people party. For my troubles I got a gift card to use only on the property restaurants, of course I didn’t have time to use it so it went to waste. Just coming into the property I found a bag with dirty towels left by housekeeping and the next day the keys didn’t work. All in all, I don’t think I will go back.

Stay away from this resort! As we prepared for our stay, we were very nervous as some of the recent reviews shared concerns about cleanliness, lack of amenities, broken facilities, etc. However, this terrible review actually has nothing to do with those factors - it is solely based on the customer service. At 11 PM on the evening of our check-in, our flight from Cleveland was canceled, and given that our stay was just for a long weekend, there were no alternative flight options to get us there in time to salvage our trip. We called the next morning at 8:30 AM, as soon as the resort opened, to explain the situation. The manager we spoke to was quite literally a heartless robot and couldn't have cared less. When trying to cancel through Expedia, even the live agents came back and said the resort staff they spoke to when trying to receive a refund for us were beyond rude and didn't want to help in any way. We are seasoned travelers and have had situations like this arise before, and the resorts have been more than understanding, either offering a refund or a travel credit to rebook at a later date. Regal Oaks gladly took every penny paid for the reservation without any compromise whatsoever. Book a name brand hotel in Orlando instead, and don't get screwed like us!!

I really enjoyed how big the property was and how many bathrooms there were. I disliked how rude the front desk people and when I call for early check in no body can give me a simple answer. I wished it was also cleaner specially if they say you can’t check in yet cause their cleaning
