"The apartment is in a phenomenal location, close to the tube, restaurants, shopping area, bus routes, and various London landmarks. When we first arrived the apartment completely smelled of cigarette smoke, we tried to clean and open windows, but that did not get rid of the smell. We contacted the property manager, their solution was to apologize for the smell, and told us to open a window, which was clearly not a good or acceptable solution. "Stayed here for five nights and loved it! Our room was spacious, clean, had a microwave, washer/dryer and basically everything you might need for your stay. The only thing I did not like about the property was the bathroom… I wish they had shower curtains instead of just a glass partition that doesn’t really prevent the water from getting out of the bath tub when you shower. Also, a step stool to get in the tub would be nice since the tub is quite high."

"This was my second stay at The Lincoln Suites. It's very conveniently located, a short walk from West End theaters, the Holburn tube station and the Alwydch bus stops. In the evening, it's very quiet and there's very little foot traffic. There is a 24 hour front desk. Check-in was very quick. The apartment was spotless, well laid out, and the bed was very comfortable. I had an issue with the towel warmer and it was promptly taken care of. I'm an American tourist, so needed to learn how to turn...
