« Amazing! Staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, heartwarming, helpful. We were able to leave our bags when we arrived and even on the day of our leaving. Breakfast was included and nice. You could tell they were a bit overwhelmed and yet they remained very kind and helpful. We were able to go out during the night and come back later, there was someone at the entrance 24/7\. I would love to come back here for our next time in London. »

"Chambre petite mais possibilité d’avoir plus grand en option, le personnel est très agréable et serviable, la literie est très confortable. De plus l’hôtel est a 5min a pied de la station de métro donc très bien situé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !"

"Chambre propre et spacieuse avec une superbe vue sur le london eye. Merci au personnel pour les petites attentions car nous sommes venus pour l’anniversaire de mon mari. Très bien situé, à deux pas de Big Ben et des stations de métro. "

"Excellent emplacement a 2 minutes de la place Trafalgar square. Le bus N°91 est au bas de l'hôtel et vous emmène à la gare Saint Pancras en 20/25 minutes, très pratique avec les bagages. Même bus pour aller au British Museum en 15 minutes environ. Nous avons marché de l'hôtel jusqu'au rues commerçantes Regent et Oxford Street en 15 minutes. Emplacement idéal. Nous n'avons pas pris le PDJ mais il avait l'air copieux. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel lors de futurs séjours:)"
