The rooms are clean and shower with plenty of hot water. While it would be nicer if the breakfast can start earlier at 7am, the selections are plenty for a continental breakfast and it's included in the stay. Furniture and fittings were quite tired and worn. A couple of practical notes - the sink was extremely small and a challenge to even brush your teeth and get your head over the sink at the same time! A small hairdryer is provided but there is nowhere to plug it in where you can actually see yourself in a mirror! I would say not good value at £100 -£160 a night.
