"The location and staff were excellent. Our room was awesome, nice patio, great outlook. We extended an extra night it was so perfect. If you're in Whistler for a pool, no doubt there are better options but if friendly professional staff, a convenient location and a super comfy room are your priorities then Crystal Lodge is the place to be. "Hotel is good overall, just lacking usual amenities for the price point such as an ice machine on each level or at least every 2nd level. I had to venture from the opposite side of the hotel from 1st to 4th floor before I found it. Also, this hotel used to provide breakfast before Covid, it would be great if they brought this back."
