I remember the front desk staff who checked us in at the Kelowna location was named Jane. She was exceptionally attentive and warm, and she explained everything to us in great detail. She even prepared coffee for our room and asked specifically whether we preferred milk or cream, which truly touched both my husband and me. The lady who assisted us during checkout the next day was also very friendly. Since we like the little duck toys, she kindly gifted us additional ones in different characters.
