Access is not good at all unless maybe you know the location. Area of homeless And run down homes. Breakfast just adequate.

The room itself was nice, clean and exactly what you would expect. Amenities were adequate. Breakfast was sub par even for this class of hotel. I love the microtel brand and have enjoyed every hotel of theirs I've ever stayed in, except this one. I would not return to this hotel. Someone had their car window smashed in the parking lot. Some unsavory characters in that area.

Breakfast was cold and machines weren’t working (coffee grounds in coffees and pancake machine out of batter). Hotel was nice and pool was good

So for the price I was dissapointed. The room was dirty, super dusty. The beds looked clean but the fridge and counters were dirty, there was food left in the freezer… hairs in the shower. The lounge/bar was closed due to “staff shortage” and that’s why I booked here so we would have somewhere to have some food and drinks. The breakfast wasn’t bad, pancakes were good but the machines were a pain in the butt I felt bad for the poor girl having to deal with them. We were never asking how our stay was I’m guessing because they don’t want to hear complaints. The pool looked not well kept as well so we stayed away from there, arcade was closed too. I wouldn’t stay again. It’s loud by the main road so if you don’t like the sound of cars driving I would stay away but it didn’t bother me.

This was a very clean, updated facility. Easy to get to. Very close to all the amenities. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are on the small side, but a comfortable stay.
