The amenities and rooms were beautiful down to the last details, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful! The location was also very convenient. Will certainly be coming back here in the future.

The most luxurious and thoughtfully designed hotel bathroom I've ever experienced. Every detail of the room was beautiful and delightful, but the bathroom was just beyond. There were a few hiccups with the service, given the city is still in recovery from Hurricane Ida, but every interaction with the staff was pleasant and helpful. I plan to stay here every time I'm in NOLA.

This was the best stay we have ever had. The staff engaged with us every time they saw us and they were genuine. The room was amazing. We thought we had booked a room with a standalone soaking tub, and upon arriving to the room we noticed it had a garden style tub. Once we informed Sarah, she kindly walked with us to the room with the standalone soaking tub, and made sure we were happy with it. Of course we were blown away by the 18 ft ceilings anf her level of professionalism. Bar Marilou was exciting and had the most unique tasting drinks! We felt exclusive & special that it was open only for hotel guests on Monday and Tuesdays. We met Brian, the general manager, and he was such a wonderful leader. He really takes pride in his hotel and has hired the right team because everyone on the team was like the manager! I could go on and on, but just know this place is truly top notch!
