While my overall experience at the hotel was pleasant, there were a couple of minor inconveniences that I encountered. Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk clerk that my room was not yet ready, and I was assured that I would receive a notification once it was prepared. However, after waiting for two hours, I returned to the front desk to inquire about my room status, and a different clerk informed me that my room had actually been ready just 15 minutes after my initial check-in.
Additionally, I had a dining credit of $21 that was not applied during my visit. I appreciate your attention to these matters and would like to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues. Thank you for your understanding.
