Accommodations, parking and cleanliness were perfect however the reception staff left much to be desired. No ore minimal greeting when I stepped up to the counter both to check in and check out. Upon leaving the lobby after check out, the loud talk, laughing and carrying on by the staff was very unprofessional. The area didn’t seem very safe.

The day we were to check out, there was a violent thunderstorm and raining extremely hard. We asked for a late checkout and were not provided one. We were flying out later that day and due to weather were stuck. The hotel was obviously not full during our 4 day stay. There was no reason we could not have been accommodated including changing us to a smaller day room etc.

There was no safe in the room. The panel under the nightstand was off exposing the electrical wires. The AC broke at night. The "engineer" they sent to fix it ripped the thermostat off the wall and made it worse. When I tried to change rooms they didn't know how to work the system and couldn't find me a new room. I ended up changing hotels at midnight.

This is my second time staying at this property and just like before it was freaking amazing everything about this place is what you get when you think of Hilton. I’ve already referred my friends and family and of course I’d stay there again myself.

The pillows were terrible, felt like it was just stuffed with cotton and fabric. The sheets were extremely itchy. There was a funky scent in the hallways, I had to go to 3 different floors to find a vending machine that worked.
