Welcome to Horizon IV! This centrally located condo is the perfect home base for your next vacation in Mammoth - walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, free town shuttle, art galleries, breweries and more.

Enjoy the beautiful new countertops and luxury vinyl floors in this downstairs 2 bed, 2 bath flat.

This unit offers easy access with self-check-in, parking right out front, and great HOA amenities. **HOA Jacuzzi, pool, and common areas are closed as of 4/22/24 for maintenance.

About the Space:
This 2-bed, 2 bath, property is comfortable and well equipped for a perfect stay in Mammoth. The unit has some upgrades, including luxury vinyl flooring and new quarts countertops in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal and enjoy the comforts of home.

The living space offers a dining area, as well as a nice sized living room with newer couches. There is a wood burning fireplace and a private patio.

The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a nice sized vanity and walk-in shower. There is plenty of dresser and closet space for storage. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, and single over single bunk beds. The shared bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway, close to the second bedroom. It has a large separate vanity area and a tub/shower.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire condo to yourselves.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Horizon IV. There is one jacuzzi, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), tennis court (seasonal - will need to bring your own racquets) and community coin-op laundry facilities. **HOA Jacuzzi, pool, and common areas are closed as of 4/22/24 for maintenance.

There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. The parking spaces are located in any open space in the community parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.

This condo was really clean, and having two bathrooms was a big plus. The location is great, just a short walk to the Green Line, which makes getting to Eagle Canyon super easy. It’s also really close to restaurants, a movie theater, and a grocery store. We’ve been to Mammoth several times, and this place met all our needs.
