You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Spacious Alhambra studio with parking. 

Hidden gem in the heart of Alhambra. The studio is spacious (500sf) & recently remodeled. Centrally located in Alhambra bordering South Pasadena. Nearly are many famous eats as Alhambra is a foody’s Mecca.  
Studio sits on top of the main house with it’s own back entrance (upstairs). The neighborhood is clean and safe. Nice kitchenette with microwave, cooktop, refrigerator & sink. A lot of storage and a lot of space to relax and unwind. Please read and agree to house rules before booking.  
The space  
Private and large studio. Upstairs guest suite with private entrance. Lots of storage. Comfy queen bed and pull out queen sofa. Spacious bathroom with tub. Lots of storage and closet space. Perfect space for any length stay. Kitchenette has large sink, cooktop, microwave, hood, refrigerator, garbage disposal in walnut cabinets with quartz countertops. Has heating and cooling.

Assigned parking on site. (Only 1 assigned parking space will be provided)  
  
Please note that the city requires a residential permit to park on the street over night.  
  
The unit is private with private entrance.  
The backyard is shared and guest are welcome to use it

No illegal activities or I will report to the police immediately.  
Make sure to read our house rules and agree to it before booking. Violation of any house rules we will request you to leave immediately.
