We liked they held our luggage for free which was really nice for us so we could enjoy Hollywood. What we did not like was eating our breakfast out of a brown box that we bought from the upstairs Nixx Bar and no pad with at least one pen for making arrangements. Overall very nice experience.

This hotel should decide they’d rather be a nightclub than a hotel. The noise from the 2nd floor club is unacceptably loud inside the rooms. I measured 90 decibels (the sound of a blender) in our room from the club for hours. I guess we were lucky as this ended at 10 on the night we stayed but we were told it usually goes till 1am. If you care about actually resting while here do not stay on the Figueroa side of the hotel. But be aware - it is not traffic or street noise - it is the club on the property. Will not stay again. Also - I requested a room change due to the noise and they could not move us as the property was full. The removal of the “resort fee” was a very inadequate concession by the front desk (who were lovely but powerless to help). The hotel is also very dated.

Jay was amazing and fantastic. After a little hiccup with the check in process, she worked with me to make sure that I got checked in. She was so friendly and patient. The property was definitely worth the value paid. Close to where I needed to be which was directly across from the Grammy Museum.

Weve been to thris property a couple of times now and we love the convinince of being across the street from Crypto arena. The facility is nice and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The patking fee is on the higher side $50 and an additional $ 5 parking tax. Other than that we enjoy staying here.
