Rooms were spacious and clean. Was a little noise from outside due to road location.
Great DTLA location, nice beds, nice hotel. Will be back soon.
All the interactions I had with the staff were friendly. Except that in the morning (about 2 hours before check-out) a staff member insisted on coming in the room to get the food service tray. He could have waited!
Great ambience and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast (included with my reservation) was a wonderful addition!
Continental breakfast and updated room decor was nice. Front desk staff kind and speedy service.
We did not even stay in the house. Very different from what was offered, dirty, debris, difficult access, personal items of the owner and very unpleasant. If I can sum it up in one word I feel cheated. I do not recommend it to anyone. Finally loss my money and i had find other house.
The decor and energy in this hotel is amazing. It's like stepping back in time but with a modern twist. Every single staff member is so so nice and helpful. The rooms are kind of small because the hotel is almost 100 years old and that's how they did it back then, but the decor is awesome. I highly ...
Nice f9r the area, super comfy beds, free wifi and direct tv. Parking is a bit cramped
Great service by the staff just parking is not very accessible
