Absolutely gorgeous property! Staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Amazing food and entertainment. Rooms are incredible. Spa was above and beyond. Will only stay here whenever we visit the area!

This is a place to relax, walk or ride the boardwalk and enjoy a cocktail with live music at the end of the day. Walk to the pier in the afternoon to get it out of your system then leave the crowds behind. Watch the sunset from the beach or the pool balcony. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay here in April 23. They very kindly gave us a room upgrade from basic to palm garden which was stunning. We couldn't fault it at all, it was perfect in every way. The hotel is beautifully designed, both inside and out. The location is beautiful, on the beach and close to the Santa Monica Pier. The pool is on level five (as was our walk out room) so great views and very private. The lobby has a great, busy atmosphere with live music in the evenings. The room was huge and tastefully decorated with lots of lovely finishing touches. The bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel, linen was top quality. Cleanliness was superb, turn down service was great and you had everything you needed in the room. We couldn't fault this hotel and it was definitely on par with the Beverly Hills hotel where we stayed for two nights. In fact, the decor, atmosphere and location was far better at Casa Del Mar. We would love to stay here again in the future, even without a room upgrade.

It was a beautiful building in a great location. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and very well supplied with anything you may need from water to candles and matches. Even the complimentary coffee in the lobby was delicious! This is the first stay being an Expedia vip that a hotel honored everything on the bonus list from early check in to room upgrade etc. Can’t wait to go back!
