After my flight was canceled, I got a reservation for the night and then tried to call for the shuttle pick up and wasn't told til the second time I called that it only comes once an hour. Shuttle still hadn't come after that hour. Called a third time and was hung up on. Canceled my reservation and slept in the airport. The hotel doesnt refund anything I guess on short notice(?) So I'm out that money. Even though I hadn't even checked in, i still received an email asking me to check out.

Airport shuttle pick up took 40 minutes after we called in. If its going to be a while then should inform guests so they can take uber if they dont want to wait. Also requiring 100 deposit even though prepaid online.
