Excellent hotel with absolutely beautiful views of the city. Probably one of the cleanest / most accommodating hotels I’ve been in ever, and I’ve been all around the world. The sunset views on the 70th floor lobby are breath taking. It was at a convenient location and staff was incredibly nice. Especially the receptionist Shantel. She was very helpful. I got a classic room then upgraded to premium and it was very spacious. I stayed for about a week and could’ve stayed longer. I will be back again! The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel was definitely lacking, especially with the price considered. However, hotel experience was a 10/10

My stay was ok the only problem was the valet parking situation was a fiasco to say the least lots of shuffling cars and no communication just people waving us over pointing and moving us around. I also was disappointed that the hot water wasn’t hot it was like taking a shower in tap water for 3 days. The coffee bar in the lobby was missing a barista for 30min we left and came back before walking to the near by Starbucks. The elevators are a bit confusing we hopped in and didn’t use our room key (we didn’t know at first) this left us in the elevator going up and down from 1st flr parking up to 70th floor without the ability to open the elevator from the inside because there are no buttons inside to operate the elevator doors. We went up and down 5 times before someone finally requested the elevator and stepped in allowing us to get out. What a mess my ears still hurt! Overall the room was clean building beautiful and great views just minor logistical things that could’ve made the stay a bit better especially hot water that was the worst I live for a hot shower.
