When I booked this room months ago I asked for no feathers and for the room to be throughly vacuumed sue to allergies. I even called 2 weeks prior to my arrival to confirm the request. When we arrived, the room was not ready for us, and this was unacceptable after traveling for 20hrs. We were given a room which was a standard room & it was defeather the next day. Due to my request not being met, I spent my entire 2 days bed ridden due to my allergies - for a world class hotel I am extremely disgusted and as a result I have suffered!

Overall the hotel was well maintained. The common areas looked good with nice decor. I used gym, which was clean and well stocked with towels and bottled water. My disappointment was around the cleanliness of the bathroom, and a few other issues in the room. There was a lot of hair in the shower, which was kind of gross. I went to iron my pants, but there was no iron in the room. I went to use the phone to call housekeeping to bring an iron, but the phone did not work.

The hotel is nearby airport and transport tarminal.If you could not find the hotels own shatle,you can arrive the hotel by free bus.
