Staff were super helpful. Great location Rooms are very large
The staff was great and the room was clean. The downside was I paid for 2 Queens but got 2 Doubles. The lock on the bathroom door was broken so we were on the "honor system" with a 6 year old. Also there is no fan in the bathroom .
Quaint & priced right. Great location and great feel in the heart of BH.
Great location. Fantastic staff and very comfortable rooms.
Perfect location for my business trip-walking distance and plenty around to do.
Everything is good about this hotel, especially convenient location, cleaning service, breakfast , friendly front-desk. But the only thing is bed sheets, it didn’t look very clean. Needs to be updated. Overall I enjoyed my staying at this place
Staff was absolutely amazing. Great place to stay!
Very impressed with the hotel customer service Friendly staff , clean and breakfasts nice
Not really a hotel for kids, but when we stayed there with our 4 month old daughter the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Everything was super clean and the food was great. We’re from LA so we didn’t do much exploring, but West Hollywood is right in the middle of all the touristy things ...
