Location is questioning, housekeeping was trying to kick us out at 10am, when checkout is at 11am. Had bites that resembled bed bugs after our one night stay. Random noises middle of night, as well as knocking around midnight it was thin walled.

Great to have a place to stay in LA for a reasonable price with free parking. Staff was helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. I liked being in Koreatown. Convenient to where I needed to go.

A great place to stay for the Anime Expo at the LA Convention Center. The hotel feels safe - love that there's off street parking and an inside facing courtyard. Rooms were very clean and maintained. Area around the hotel was a little sketchy, but not too bad. Food available nearby was amazing! A good value overall.

So for me the hotel was conveniently located close to my concert venue but not in the mix of chaos. I didn’t see a-lot of homeless people. My issue was their wash cloths, they were huge, they were the size of a hand towel, which clearly wasn’t a wash cloth. There was no ice bucket in the room, we called front desk & was told they don’t provide them, despite having a ice machine.However they found one that we could use but we had to come pick it up at the front desk. There was no ironing board so we called the front desk & they had someone bring one to our room. The towel rack in the restroom fell completely off when I tried to hang up my towel. For $200 a night we expected better.
